摘要
氯吡格雷是一种新型高效的抗血小板药物，临床上应用于治疗动脉粥状硬化疾病、急性冠脉综合症、预防冠脉内支架植入术后再狭窄和血栓性并发症等，与其他抗血小板药物相比，它具有疗效强、费用低、副作用小等优点。氯吡格雷最先由法国SANOFI公司于1986年研制开发成功.
