摘要 简述了中频炉的工作原理和谐波对电力系统的危害,分析了其整流装置的谐波电流,给出了河南金汇钢厂中频炉谐波电流和电压的实测数据.由于中频炉的谐波特征比较明显,各次谐波电流含量也比较稳定,可以采用在整流变压器低压侧安装单调谐滤波器和高通滤波器相结合的无源滤波装置来进行谐波治理.此外,为了减少中频炉谐波对电网电压的影响,建议大功率中频炉在接入电网时,还要尽可能地选择短路容量较大的公共连接点. This paper discusses intermediate frequency inductive stove' s principle and the damage that harmonic wave causes to the power system. Harmonic currents caused by rectifying devices are analyzed. Practical datum'of Henan Jinhui Steel Plant is presented. Harmonic characteristics of stove is obvious and the content of harmonic currents is also steady, so passive power device equipped in low - voltage side of rectifier transformer should be adopted for suppression of harmonics, which consists of single tuned filter and high - pass filter. In order to reduce its influence on grid voltage, the point of common coupling which has bigger short-circuit capability should be chosen when the stove is connected to electric network.
