摘要 以利用中和—纳滤—结晶集成过程制备高纯偏钨酸铵晶体为目的,研究了化学中和—纳滤耦合过程。利用仲钨酸铵(APT)为原料,系统地研究了温度、pH值、搅拌速度、膜压力等因素对过程的影响,得出了高纯偏钨酸铵(AMT)制备的合适工艺条件。 Using a coupling process of neutralization - nanofihration- crystallization, high- purity ammonium metatungstate (AMT) crystal was prepared. In this paper, a coupling process of neutralization-nanofiltration was studied. Using ammonium paratungstate (APT) as raw material, the effects of temperature, pH value, Stirring velocity, membrane operating pressure and crystallization solution density on the coupling process were systematically discussed. The suitable conditions for preparation of high-purity ammonium metatungstate (AMT) crystal were obtained.
