摘要
分析了湘钢烧结设备现有检修流程的各影响要素,通过加强前期技术准备,提高快速反应能力,满足了非计划检修的要求,稳定并提高了烧结机作业率。
In this paper, all factors influencing the sintering equipment repair in the presented repair procedure of XIANGTANG I＆ S Co. were analyzed. Through intensify of technical preparing, the quick replying ability on non-plan repair of sintering equipment was increased obviously and the sinter machine operating rate was stabilized above higher level.
