摘要
改革开放以来,私营企业的发展促进了中国经济的快速增长。但与此同时,私营企业主的高收入是否合理,也成为社会各界高度关注和学术界热烈争论的焦点。通过对私营企业主高收入产生的原因进行剖析,论证了中国现阶段私营企业主高收入的合理性,并就保障其高收入提出了一些对策。
The development of private enterprises has been boosting China' s economy since China's opening up to the outside world. Meanwhile, the rationality of the employers' high income in private enterprises captures the attention of various social communities and becomes a focus of heated discussions among academic communities. In light of analysis on the reasons for the employers' high income in private enterprises, the article discusses the rationality at the present stage in China and put forward some tactics to ensure their high income.
