老年脑血管病患者高同型半胱氨酸血症护理健康教育的研究

Study of health education about knowledge of homocysteine for aged patients with cerebrovasciular disease

目的探讨护理健康教育对提高老年脑血管病患者对Hcy、叶酸、B族维生素等知识水平,减少脑血管病不良事件发生中的作用。方法选择住院老年脑血管病患者72例为观察对象,按护理程序对其实施健康教育,主要内容为Hcy、叶酸、B族维生素与脑血管病的关系。结果患者在教育后的知识评分比教育前明显提高,教育后伴随其认识的明显提高,患者脑血管病不良事件明显减少。结论对老年脑血管病患者进行护理健康教育能提高患者的知识水平,改变不良饮食习惯。对减少老年脑血管病不良事件的发生具有重要的意义。

Objective To discuss the health education of nursing care about knowledge of homocysteine （Hcy）, folate and Vitamins B for aged patients with cerebrovasciular disease to decrease the event of coronary heart disease. Methods According to procedure of the health education of nursing care 72 aged inpatients with cerebrovasciular disease were educated about the relation between Hcy and coronary heart disease and the prevention effect of folate, Vitamins B. The prevalence rate of event of coronary heart disease is analyzed, which is associated with the health education of nursing care in the patients suffering from coronary heart disease. Results After the health education the score of the knowl- edge was higher than before significantly in the patients. The ill event of cerebrovasciular disease was reduced, going with the elevation of the knowledge in the patients. Conclusions The health education of nursing care is able to enhance knowledge of Hcy, folate and Vitamins B, and to change bad diet habit in the old patient with cerebrovasciulav disease. It suggests that the health education of nursing care is important to decrease ill event of aged cerebrovasciulav disease.
