感受式音乐治疗在机械通气患者中的应用

Application of feeling music therapy in mechanical ventilation patients

目的探讨感受式音乐疗法在机械通气患者中的临床应用价值。方法将60例ICU机械通气患者随机分为实验组（30例）和对照组（30例）,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗之外给予音乐疗法。于音乐治疗前、音乐治疗的当天、第1周、第2周,观察患者焦虑程度评分及呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度的变化,比较2组机械通气时间、住ICU天数,预后的差异。结果实验组在音乐治疗治疗1、2周后呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度的变化与对照组相比,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论感受式音乐治疗能缓解患者的紧张与不适,提高患者抗应激能力,减轻机械通气患者的心理不适和痛苦,增强机械通气的疗效,缩短机械通气时间,提高患者抢救成功率。

Objective To evaluate the effect of feeling music therapy in mechanical ventilation patients. Methods 60 mechanical ventilation patients in ICU were divided into the experiment group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The routine therapy was applied in the control group, while both music and routine therapy were applied in the experiment group. Before the music therapy, on the first day and in the first and second weeks during the music therapy, the changes of C--STAI grades, respiratory efficiency, heart rate, and SpO2 were observed. Then, the differences between the time for mechanical ventilation, and the number of days in ICU and rehabilitation were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05） on changes of C--STAI grades, respiratory efficiency, heart rate, and SpO2 between the control group and the experiment group after the music therapy. Conclusions The feeling music therapy will release the patients＇ tension and discomfort, enhance the anti-emergency ability, reduce the psychological discomfort and suffering of patients during mechanical ventilation. What is more, the feeling music therapy will enhance the effect of mechanical ventilation, re duce the time of mechanical ventilation, and improve the salvage rates of patients.
