摘要
目的为培养具有创新意识、适应21世纪需要的高素质实用型护理人才,研究罗森塔尔效应对高专“护理学基础”实践教学的影响效果。方法在“护理学基础”实践教学中,实验组在技能模拟情境演示程序基础上注重罗森塔尔效应,对照组采用讲授、示教、练习传统教学方法。实验组、对照组分别进行情境模拟演示技能考核;开设学生满意度问卷调查,并进行统计学处理。结果实验组通过优化教学环节,教学方法中注重罗森塔尔效应,极大地增强了高专学生的自我学习、自我管理能力和创新能力,提高了实践课的教学效率和效果。结论注重罗森塔尔效应对护理实践教学是非常重要的因素之一,大大提高学生实践能力与综合素质,在其他专业的教学中值得广泛推广应用。
Objective In order to train the nursing talents who have good characters and a high practicality, have an innovative sense, and adapt to the 21 Century need, we studied the influence affect of Rosenthal--Effect to the practice teaching of the course Nursing Basis for high vocational nursing students. Methods In the practice teaching of the course Nursing Basis, the experiment group was paid attention to Rosenthal-Effect on the basis of presentation program of skill simulation, while the control group adopted the conventional teaching method of teaching, instruction and practice. The examinations of simulation and presentation skill were conducted in the two groups. A questionnaire survey was carried out among the students, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The experiment group greatly improved self--learning ability, self--management ability and innovation ability through optimizing teaching steps and emphasizing Rosenthal--Effect. Conclusions Emphasis on Rosenthal--Effect is one of the important factors for the nursing practice teaching. It greatly improves the practice ability and the comprehensive characters of the students, and is worthy of widely popularizing and applying in the teachings of other majors.
