对县级医院护士心理健康状况的调查研究

Investigation and study on psychological health condition of nurses in county--level hospitals

目的通过对52名护士的调查,了解县级医院护士的心理健康状况。方法描述性研究,采用随机抽样的方法。结果样本的SCL-90总均分和各因子分均显著高于国内常模评分。常见的心理障碍有：焦虑、敌对等。结论县级医院护士的心理状况明显较一般人群差,此研究可为县级医院护士的心理保健心理治疗提供依据。

Objective To know the psychological health condition of nurses in the county-level hospitals through investigating 52 nurses. Methods We adopted the descriptive research and used the random sampling method. Results The result indicated the total mean score of SCL 90 and the score of each factor always were remarkably higher than those of normal mold in this country. The common psychological barrier included anxiety and hostility. Conclusions The psychological condition of nurses in county-level hospitals is obviously worse than that of a common crowd. This research may provide the basis for the psychological health care and the mental healing of nurses in county-level hospitals.
