芹菜新品种金于夏芹的选育

Development of the New Celery Cultivar Jinyuxiaqin

金于夏芹由正大脆芹(父本)与本地土种芹菜(母本)杂交定向选育而成。该品种植株根系发达,长势整齐旺盛,较直立,叶色绿色,叶柄粗壮、内空腔较小、淡绿色,心叶黄绿色。在金华高温夏季通过遮荫软化栽培能正常生长,质地脆嫩纤维少,口感好,香气浓郁,商品性极佳,667m2产3500kg以上。

The new celery cultivar Jinyuxiaqin is developed by crossing Zhengdacuiqin as male with the local celery as female. The plant is vigorous growth, developed root system, a little vertical and green leaf, thick petiole. It is less fibrous texture, crisp flesh, good taste and aroma, excellent commercial character. It grows normally by shade softening cultivation in the high temperature of summer in Jinhua. The yield is over 3 500 kg/667 m^2.
