摘要
[目的]观察糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与非糖代谢紊乱发生的相关性。[方法]根据HbA1c将受检人群分为3组:①HbA1c﹤6.5%组;②6.5%≤HbA1c﹤7.5%组;③HbA1c≥7.5%组,对比分析3组发生高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高尿酸血症、超重的情况并追踪观察1年。[结果]组②③高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、超重的发生率明显高于组①。其中高甘油三酯血症发生率在组③显著增高。1年后组③发生以上3项代谢紊乱的发生率明显高于组①。而高尿酸血症各时期的发生率在各组中均无差异。[结论]HbA1c持续维持在6.5%以下至少6个月以上,血脂代谢、脂肪代谢均可得到明显改善。超过7.5%则其发生率明显增高。HbA1c与高尿酸血症关系不明显。
[ Objective] To observe the correlation between glyeosylated hemoglobin and non-carbohydrate metabolism disturbance. [Methods] The subjects were divided into three groups according to the level of HbAlc: ① HbAlc 〈 6.5% group ② 6.5%≤〈HbAlc 〈 7.5% group ③ HbAle 〉 7.5% group. The incidence rates of hypereholesterolemia, hypertrigiyceridemia. hypemricemia and overweight in the three groups were eompared and analyzed, and then metabolism disturbance in each group was observed after one year. [ Results] The incidence rates of hypercholesterolemia, bypeltxiglyceridemia and overweight in groups of ② mad ③ were obviously higher than those in group ①. Among them, the incidence of hypertriglyceridemia in group ③ was significantly higher. The one-year follow-up observation showed that the incidence of those three kinds of metabolism disturbances in group ③ was markedly higher than the group ①. But in the different period, there were no differences for the incidence of hyperurieemia in each group. [Conclusions] Dyslipidemia and fat metabolism can get improved obviously if glycosylated hemoglobin remained below 6.5% for more than six months. But if HbAle remaines above 7.5%, the incidence of metabolism distubanees increases markedly. Glycosylated hemoglobin has no significant correlation with hyperurieemia.
