摘要 [目的]了解不同场所门把手的微生物污染状况。[方法]随机选取包头市使用5年以上的部分居民住宅楼、某高校办公楼及某高校学生宿舍楼的各房间门把手,检测其消毒前、后的微生物污染状况。菌落总数、大肠菌群参考《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》进行检测,HBsAg采用ELISA法进行。[结果]消毒前3个场所门把手细菌总数、大肠菌群超标率差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),均为学生宿舍门把手超标率最高,居民住宅楼门把手超标率最低;消毒后污染状况明显好转,消毒前、后细菌总数、大肠菌群检出率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。消毒前办公楼门把手HBsAg检出率分别与学生宿舍楼和居民楼门把手HBsAg检出率进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),消毒后HBsAg污染状况好转,HBsAg总阳性率消毒前、后差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]各门把手污染较严重,应要重视日常清洗和定期消毒,应特别强调加强学生宿舍的卫生管理,办公楼的门把手HBsAg检出率较高,应引起广大职工的重视。 [ Objective] To research microbial pollution of door handles in different places. [ Methods] The microbial pollution situation on the door handles before and after disinfection in some resident flats, office buildings, and dormitories in one higher institute were inspected, which were selected randomly and had been used for more than 5 years. The total numbers of colony count and Escherichla cell were detected according to "The standard of public hygiene surveillance", and HBsAg was detected by the method of ELISA. [ Results] Before disinfection, the over-standard rate of colony count and Escherichia coil on door handles in the three places were statistically different (P 〈 0.05 ), the over-standard rate of door handles of dormitories was the highest and that of resident flats was the lowest. After disinfection, the pollution condition was improved obviously. The detectable rate of bacteria colony amount and Eseherichia cell before and after disinfection were significandy difference (P 〈 0.05) . The detectable rate of HBsAg in door handles of office building was obviously different from those of resident llats and dormitories before disinfection (P 〈 0.05 ), but which was improved after disinfection. Difference in positive rate of HBsAg before and after disinfection was significant (P 〈 0.05) . [ Conclusions] The pollution in door handles of office building is the most serious, daily cleaning and periodic disinfection should be strengthened. Especially pollution in door handle of dormitory should be put in better sanitary management. Furthermore, the detectable rate of HBsAg in door handles of office building is rather high, which the employees should take seriously.
