摘要
[目的]为了解深圳市外来人口对艾滋病的认知,行为和态度,探索外来工预防艾滋病的有效途径。[方法]随机抽取深圳市的制造业、服务业、建筑业3个行业的480名基层外来务工人员,采用自行设计的匿名调查问卷,由调查对象自己填写。[结果]深圳市外来工的艾滋病基本知识知晓较低;性安全知识缺乏;绝大多数外来工无法享受应有的医疗卫生服务。[结论]必须尽快制定出外来工预防艾滋病的有效措施,加大宣传力度,提高外来工的自我保护意识,控制艾滋病在外来工中间的流行。
[Objective] To understand awareness rate of knowledge, attitudes and practice about HIV/AIDS among the workers from other places in Shenzhen, and to explore a effective method for HIV/AIDS prevention fur the workers from other places. [Methods] 480 immigrant workers from manufacture, selvice industry and building trade were selected by method of random sampling to complete a self-designed questionnaire. [ Results] The awareness rate of essential knowledge about ttIV/ AIDS among workers from other places in Shenzhen was low; knowledge about safe sexual behavior were, insufficient; and most workers couldn＇t receive medical health services. [Gonclusions] Effective measures for HIV/AIDS prevention should be established and propagandized to raise the serf-protection consciousness of immigrant workers and control the prevalence of AIDS among the workers from oilier places.
