摘要
[目的]建立青蒿中青蒿素的高效液相色谱定量测定方法。[方法]选择适宜的样品前处理方法提取待测成分,对检测波长、流动相、方法的线性范围和最低检出量、精密度和准确度进行实验研究。[结果]青蒿素在0~2.00mg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积呈直线相关关系;方法最低检出量为0.11μg;最低检出浓度为0.0053g/kg。对浓度为5.1~18.6g/kg的样品,连续测定6次,RSD为2.8%~5.4%;加标量为2.00~20.0g/kg的样品,回收率为90.5%~110%。[结论]本方法简便、快速、精密、准确,可用于青蒿中青蒿素含量的测定。
[ Objective] To establish an quantitative method to determine the arteannuin in southemwood by high performance hquid chromatogram (HPLC) . [ Methods] Artemisinin in southemwood was extracted, separated and detected by proper method:The wave length of determination, mobile phase, lineoarity range, detection limit, precision and accuracy of the method were studied. [Results] The linearity range of the method was 0-2.00 mg/ml, the detection limit was 0.11μg, And the lowest detection concentration was 5.3 mg/kg. The RSD was 2.8%-5.4% for samples with concentration ranged from 5.1 to 18.6 g/kg, and the recovery rate was 90.5%-110% for samples supplemented with standard liquid varied from 2.00 g/ kg to 20.00g/kg. [Conclusions] This method is simple, rapid, precise, accurate and applicable for determination of the arteannuin in southemwood.
