微型光催化氧化反应器的研制和在水中痕量含磷有机物的测定 被引量:1

摘要 设计并制作了一种微型高效光催化氧化反应器。以超细TiO2光催化氧化法替代过硫酸盐氧化法进行含磷有机物的分解,分解时间只需5min,比国标GB/T 11893-89过硫酸钾消解法节省六分之五的时间。与国标法试样分解效果进行对照表明,使用该光催化反应器对含磷有机物的分解效果与国标法相同。它具有体积小、功耗低、效率高、采用连续流动方式工作的特点。 A high performance micro photocatalytic reactor was designed and made to decompose organic phosphorous by using nanograde TiO2 as catalyst instead of using persulphate, the digestion time was only five minutes and reduced 5/6 time compared with the national standard method (GB/T 11893-89). The results obtained from this method comparing with that of GB/T 11893-89 indicated that it could get the same degradation ratio of organic phosphorous reagents. This reactor has the characteristic of small volume, low power and high performance, and it works in a continuous flow manner.
