Morphological identification between Blastacystis hominis and organismic granule from human stool

粪便标本经生理盐涂片法和碘液染色法制片后,光镜下观察并描述人芽囊原虫与花粉颗粒、类酵母菌和脂肪滴的形态特征,为人芽囊原虫的病原学诊断提供参考依据。

The morphological feature of Blastacystis hominis, Pollen grain, Parasaccharomyces and Fat drop were microscopically examined by direct smear and iodine stained method. These results could provide an essential reference for the diagnosis of B. hominis infection.
