妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清IL-2及IL-6水平及临床意义

The role of serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的通过观察妊娠期高血压患者血清IL-2及IL-6变化,探讨白介素-2、白介素-6在妊娠期高血压患者的变化及其意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附分析法与放射免疫分析法测定60例妊高征(妊娠期高血压20例,轻度子痫前期20例,重度子痫前期20例)和35例正常妊娠妇女血清的IL-2及IL-6;比较二组间IL-2及IL-6水平的差异;观察IL-2及IL-6与妊娠期高血压病情的关系。结果妊娠期高血压疾病患者IL-2及IL-6水平显著高于对照组;轻度子痫前期、重度子痫前期患者IL-2及IL-6水平显著高于对照组和妊娠期高血压患者。结论妊娠期高血压患者血清中IL-2和IL-6的升高并且与病情程度相关。IL-2和IL-6可能在妊娠期高血压发病过程中起一定的作用。

Objective To discuss the changes and its significance of interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）. Methods Serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 of 60 HDCP women （including 20 with gestational hypertension GH, 20 mild pre-eclampsia MP, and 20 severe pre-eclampsia SP）and 35 normal pregnant women were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results Serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the HDCP group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Serum levels of IL-6 in the LEP and SPE groups were significantly higher than those in the GD group and control group, No significance existed between these two groups. Conclusion Serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in patients with HDCP significantly increased, and levels increased with severity degree of HDCP. IL-2 and IL-6 play a role in the HDCP to some extent.
