本文阐述了中国具有发展中国家共有的“二元经济”结构性质和还具有其他一些特征的原因；分析了中国“二元经济”结构转换所处的阶段和实现两个根本性转变面临的难题；

Abstract China's economy, like other developing countries, has a feature of dual structure. The paper elaborates the reasons of dual structure, analyzes the stage China's dual structure economy has arrived at, and the difficulties China faces in realizing the change in economic growth methods. It puts forward the measures we should pay attention to in transforming the economic growth mode.
