摘要
概述了国内外餐饮废渣资源化利用的立法情况及处置管理的现状,介绍了化学分解法、好氧生物法、微生物发酵法、高温炭化法等现有的处理技术,列举了餐饮废渣再利用制取可燃气、肥料、饲料蛋白及塑料等开发利用的形式,为实现餐饮废渣的资源化、经济化提供了研究的依据。
This paper briefly introduces legislation and the status quo of disposition and management for utilization of foodwaste resources at home and abroad, such as chemical decomposition method, aerobic biological method, microbial fermentation method and high - temperature carbonization method ,lists the useful forms of the wastes such as gas, fertilizer, feeding protein, plastics and so on and provides the basis for economically utilizing the foodwaste resources.
