摘要
通过提取方法、升温程序、色谱分离温度、载气流速等的优化,气/质(GC/MS)联用测定大气飘尘所含19种多环芳烃,快速、灵敏,检测限可达到0.02ng/mL,不失为一具有价值的分析方法。以此法同时测得龙岩市区大气飘尘样中菲、萘、、惹烯含量较高,美国EPA优先控制的有毒有害的多环芳烃物种也均有检出,值得关注。
By optimizing extracting method, heating procedure, chromatographic temperature, 19 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in airborne particulate are detected by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) with quickness and good sensitiveness. The detect limit is be 0.02ng/mL. It is a valuable analysis method. By this method, the concentration of phenanthrene, naphthalene and retene is found relatively high in airborne particulate in Longyan City. Some toxic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons controlled by EPA are also detected.
