社会主义高校的性质决定了大学生成才的思想要求和道德标准。当前一些大学生存在错误的思想观点和道德标准,这与大学生承担的历史使命相去甚远。综观国内外大学生成才的一般规律,“八荣八耻”是大学生成才的思想基石和道德基础。

The nature of socialism universities has determined thought requirements and moral standard for the development of university students. Presently some university students have wrong viewpoints and the moral standard, which cannot help to fulfdl the historical missions loaded on them. Viewing at the general law of development for university students at home and abroad, the papers concludes that ＂Eight Honors and Eight Dishonors＂ are the ideological foundation and moral basis for the development of university students.
