CoHCF/Au修饰电极的电化学性质及电催化氧化H_2O_2的研究

摘要 采用电化学方法在金电极上修饰六氰合铁酸钴(Cobalt Hexacynoferrate,CoHCF),研究了CoHCF/Au修饰电极的电化学性质.该修饰电极在0.75 V电位下可催化氧化过氧化氢,在0.1~400.0μmol/L浓度范围内,氧化峰电流随过氧化氢浓度的增加而增加,对过氧化氢的检测限可达5.0×10-8mol/L. Cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) was modified on the surface of a gold electrode by electrochemical method. The electrochemical properties of CoHCF/Au modified electrode were investigated thoroughly. The modified electrode could catalytic oxide hydrogen peroxide at 0.75V (vs. SCE), it responded rapidly to hydrogen peroxide with a detection limit of 5.0 ×10^-8mol/L. The response current increased with hydrogen peroxide concentration from 0. μmol/Lup to 400.0μmol/L.
