摘要
自主学习能力实质上是自我监控能力,其发展主要体现在元认知水平的提高。提高元认知水平的有效途径是元认知策略培养。为提高学生的自主学习能力,应把元认知策略训练纳入专科非英语专业的教学。
Autonomy learning is basically a kind of ability of self- monitoring, the development of which lies in the improvement of metacognition. The effective approach to improve metacogniti0n is through metacognitive strategies training. Therefore, teachers can involve metacognitive strategies training into English teaching practice with a view to develop students' autonomy learning ability.
