HPLC法测定恒制咳喘胶囊中橙皮苷含量

Determination of Hesperidin in Hengzhi Kechuan Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立恒制咳喘胶囊中橙皮苷含量的HPLC测定方法．方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(35:65),检测波长284nm。结果:橙皮苷在0．1566～1．2531μg(r=0．9999)范围内呈线性关系。平均回收率(n=5)为99．5％,RSD为2．3％．结论:本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC methed of determining Hesperidin in Hengzhi Kechuan Capsules. Methods：A shim-pack VP-ODS column was used.The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O（35： 65）.The detection wave- length was 284nm.Results：The linear range of Hesperidin was within 0.1566- 1.2531μg（r= 0.9999）.The average recoveries（ n = 5） were 99.5 %, RSD were 2.3 % respectively. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
