目的:确立大银翘颗拉的制备方法及质控标准;方法:采用水提醇沉法提取,而后加入辅料制成颗拉;利用化学及薄层法对君药黄芩进行定性鉴别;结果:易于生产,理化鉴别方法方便,实用,TLC斑点清晰,易于鉴别;结论:可以进行批量生产且质量能够控制。

Objective：To establish the preparation method and quality control standard of Dayinqiao Granules. Methods：Adopted water purified precipitation method to extract, then Added into assisted materials to make up granules; Qualitative identification of principal drug- scutellaria root was conducted by chemical and thin- layer chromatography （TLC）. Results ：It is easy to produce,The physicochemical identification method is convenient and practical.The TLC spots are distinct and easy to distinguish. Conclusion ：The batch productions can be conducted and quality can be controlled.
