基于模糊控制的直线感应电动机控制系统研究

摘要 传统的PID调节器整定要依赖于被控对象的精确的数学模型。直线感应电动机精确的动态数学模型很难建立,提出了一种基于模糊控制的直线感应电动机矢量控制方法。用模糊控制器代替VVVF矢量控制系统的PID转矩调节器和PID磁链调节器。仿真和实验结果表明:该方法比基于矢量控制的VVVF交流传动系统具有更好的控制效果,还大大提高了整个控制系统的性能。 It depended on accurate mathematical model of controlled object to fix on traditional PID adjustor. A vector control method of linear induction motor based on fuzzy control was proposed because it was difficult to establish accurate mathematical model of linear induction motor. The fuzzy controllers were used to replace PID torque adjustor and PID flux adjustor of VVVF vector control system. Experiment and simulation showed that this method brought about better control effect than VVVF AC drive system based on vector control. It had significantly improved the performance of the control system.
