金属烤瓷牙龈沟液IL-8含量的测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究不同烤瓷牙龈沟液IL-8含量水平,提示不同内冠合金对牙龈的刺激程度。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ABC-ELISA)测定烤瓷牙龈沟液IL-8总量和含量:20例存在龈炎的镍铬合金烤瓷牙,并以自身同名对侧健康牙为对照,20例正常的镍铬合金烤瓷牙,20例正常的金合金烤瓷牙。运用SPSS10.0统计软件进行显著性检验。结果存在龈炎的镍铬合金烤瓷牙组和对侧健康牙组、正常的镍铬合金烤瓷牙组、金合金烤瓷牙组之间IL-8总量、龈沟液量均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论IL-8参与牙龈炎的免疫调节,可能作为评价烤瓷合金对龈组织刺激程度的指标。贵金属合金生物性良好,无刺激性。 Objective To study the gingival crevicular fluid IL-8 levels of the different inside-crown porcelain teeth, and to point out the stimulative degress of different inside-crown alloys on gingivae. Methods The concentration and amount of IL-8 cytokine in gingival crevicular fluids of different inside-crown porcelain teeth were determined by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ABC-ELISA). Results Significant differences of the total amounts of IL-8 and GCF volume were found between the gingivitis group and the other comparative groups (P 〈 0.01 ), but no significant difference was found in concentrations of IL-8 (P 〉0.05). Conclusion These data indicates that the total amount of IL-8 showed variable in different porcelain teeth, and the level of IL-8 in GCF is valuable in judging the stimulative degree on gingivae by porcelain teeth. Gold alloy is the best, has least irritation.
