强脉冲光联合E光提高嫩肤疗效的临床观察

Clinical observation of using IPL combined elos in improving skin rejuvenation efficacy

目的探讨强脉冲光联合E光在改善皱纹和毛孔粗大方面的临床应用价值。方法收集32例经过2次IPL治疗皱纹和毛孔粗大改善不明显的患者进行自身对比研究,治疗侧采用IPL联合E光(Polaris型)的方法,对照侧单用IPL。治疗3次后观察疗效。结果18例患者联合治疗处较对照皱纹和毛孔改善的程度更明显,皮肤更光亮;8例患者两侧均改善但无差异。6例双侧均无效。所有患者均无严重副作用发生。结论IPL联合E光较单用IPL能更好地改善皱纹和毛孔粗大等皮肤问题,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective Explore the clinical value of IPL combined with elos in improving wrinkle and enlarged pores. Methods Select 32 cases of patients with whom twice IPL treatment were not effective. Use IPL combined with elos to do self-control study. Clinical results were observed after 3 treatments. Results Eighteen cases with combined therapy showed obvious improvements. Eight cases appeared improvement but no difference between two sides. 6 cases didn＇t have any effect. No severe adverse reactions were found. Conclusion IPL combined with elos has good clinical value.
