预应力碳纤维织物试验夹具设计应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 从分析预应力碳纤维织物试验夹具目前存在的问题入手,详细说明了导致碳纤维断裂和滑出的原因。围绕预应力碳纤维织物试验夹具使用过程中遇到的问题,提出改进设计的三大目标,设计并制造应用了新型预应力碳纤维织物试验夹具。试验结果显示,在该夹具上所做的碳纤维拉伸试验中,测得其单根平均拉力达5kN。仅就这一点而言,已经达到世界领先水平。不仅为进一步推进预应力碳纤维织物试验打下基础,也为类似碳纤维织物材料夹具设计提供参考依据。 In this paper, the great research value of this subject is presented based on the research background. Beginning with analysis of the current problems existing in the experimental jig, the reasons that cause carbon fiber to break or slip are elaborated in detail. Then three improving goals have been put forward in order to solve the problems that exist in the using process of experimental jig. It is more important that the new - type experimental jig of pre - stressed carbon textile has been designed and manufactured. The measuring average tensile force of single carbon fiber is 5 kN in the experiment. The experimental results show that the advanced level of the world has been reached only in this point. This technology has laid not only foundations of pushing forward pre - stressed carbon textile test further, but also provided references for the jig design using in similar sorts of material, the characteristics of which are thin, brittle and smooth.
