摘要
采用二次回归旋转组合设计方法,研究了大麻芯秆硫酸盐浆的氧脱木素工艺,建立了NaOH用量、氧压和温度三个主要因素与氧脱木素浆卡伯值、粘度的数学模型。模型分析显示三因素对纸浆卡伯值和粘度具有相似的作用效果。模型优化预测结果表明,当NaOH用量为3.45%,氧压0.8MPa、温度110.7℃时,氧脱木素效果最好。验证实验证实,模型预测值与实测值具有很好的拟和性,模型有效,可用于生产预测。
The oxygen delignification process for hemp core kraft pulp was investigated with quadratic regression rotation composite design and a mathematical model was set up of the Kappa number and viscosity related to the three major factors of NaOH charge, oxygen pressure and temperature in the process. The model analysis shows that the three factors have similar effects on Kappa number and viscosity. The model optimization results show that the best oxygen delignification was achieved when NaOH charge was 3.45%, oxygen pressure 0.8MPa and temperature 110.7 ℃. The confirmatory experiment confirms that good fits were obtained between the predicated value and measured value and the model can be used in production prediction.
