L&W Scanpro(SE890)毛布滤水性测定仪,其测定原理是基于恒定压力的水通过喷头射入毛毯中的水体积来测定毛布的透气性能。本文介绍了这一仪器在实际生产中的应用效果,比如通过对滤水性曲线的异常状况分析,可以及早发现或量化地衡量毛布甩毛、压伤、污脏等的程度,为更优化地使用毛布提供依据。
The testing principle of L＆W Scanpro（SE890） felt drainage tester is to test the air permeability of the felt through the measurement of volume of the water with constant pressure sprayed by a sprayer into the felt. The paper introduces the application performanceof the instrument in practical production, for instance, through the analysis of abnormal draining curve, one can find out in time or measure in quantification the degree of swinging, dinting and fouling of the felt to optimally utilize felt.
