On the Development of Non-public Ownership Economy in the Public Ownership

坚持以公有制经济为主体、多种经济成份共同发展，不仅是关系国民经济全局的重大问题，也是关系社会主义制度命运的重大政治问题。因此，在积极促进国民经济和集体经济发展的同时，允许和鼓励个体、私营、外资等非公有制经济的发展，使之成为社会主义经济的必要补充。

Persisting in the public ownership as the key part together with the development of other economic elimates is not only the problem related with our national economy but also related with the fate of our socialist system.Therefore,the development of non-public ownership such as individual,private and foreign investment should be encouraged in order to promote the rapid development of the productive force and the consolidation of our socialist system as well.
