The New Method of Catalytic Synthesis of Butyl Butyrate

摘要 以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,丁酸与丁醇为原料合成了丁酸丁酯。确定了最佳工艺条件为:以0.2摩尔丁酸为基准,醇酸摩尔比为1.5∶1,催化剂用量为0.5g,反应时间为50min,丁酸丁酯的酯化率为92.4%。 Using sodium bisulfate as the catalyst, butyl butyrate was synthesized from butyric acid and butanol. The optimum conditions were as follows: basing on 0.2mol butyric acid, the amount of substance fraction of butanol to butyric acid was 1.5:1, the mass of catalyst was 0.5g, reaction time was 50min. Under those conditions, the highest yield of the reaction can reach 92.4%.
