摘要 目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定替莫普利盐酸盐及其有关物质。方法:以岛津C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)为分析柱。乙腈:0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液并用磷酸调节pH值至3.0=44:56为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果:标准曲线线性范围为150~350μg/mL(r=1.0000)。最低检测限和定量限分别为7.16ng和23.87ng。结论:方法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于莫昔普利的常规分析。 It is develop an RP-HPLC method to determine Moexipril hydrochloride and its related substances. Methods: The Cls column (5μm,250mm ×4.6mm) was used as analytical column.Mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile :0.05mol/L mixed solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution=44:56, flow rate was 1.0mL/mino The detection wavelength was set at 210nm. Results: The standard curve was linear in the concentration range from 150to 350μg/mL for Moexipril hydrochloride (r=1.0000). The limit of detection and quantitation for the assay were 7.16 and 23.87ng, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the routine analysis of resveratrol.
