我国中央银行独立性与金融监管问题的几点思考

我国目前正处于两种体制交替时期，中央银行的独立性需要和政府步调一致，即相对独立寓于协调之中。中央银行的金融监管则是其主要职能之一，是保证金融业有序运行和稳健发展的基本条件。但在实施过程中存在一些诸如金融方针政策与金融经济日益地方化、监管与商业银行体制上的矛盾等问题。

At present,two kinds of framework are being superseded. The independence of the central bank should be identical with the government.One of the functions of the control and management of the central bank is to ensure that the banking is operated orderly and developed smoothly.But during this course,there exist some problems such as financial policies, financial control and management and the controdictions,among the framwork of the commercial banks.These problems should be studied seriously.
