蚕蛹生物活性成分现代研究进展

Progress in the study on bioactive ingredient of silkworm pupa

蚕蛹中含有大量的蛋白质、脂肪酸、甲壳素、糖类、多种蛋白激素、多种维生素、多种微量元素等,具有营养保健,提高免疫功能,抗肿瘤、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇、降血糖、抗氧化作用、护肝作用和雄性激素样作用等。作为药膳同源的传统中药材,具用丰富的营养价值和药用前景。本文综述了近10年来国内外对蚕蛹生物活性成分、药理作用、综合利用及药用前景的研究成果,为蚕蛹的进一步研究开发提供参考。

Silkworm pupa abounds with proteins, fatty acid, chitin, saccharide, proteohormones, multivitamins, microelement ete, which has functions of health protection,improving immunity, anti-tumor, lowering blood pressure and blood fat, antioxidation,proteeting liver and so on. Silkworm pupa possess abundant nutritional value and perspective for medicine. This article summarized the advance of research on bioactive ingredient, pharmacologic action, comprehensive use and perspective for medicine of silkworm pupa in recent 10 years.
