摘要
根据肌红蛋白所具有的过氧化物模拟酶性质催化过氧亚硝酸氧化酪氨酸,在实验选定的最佳反应条件下,体系的荧光强度与肌红蛋白浓度在1.00×10 8~5.00×10 7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,从而建立了一种测定肌红蛋白含量的新方法,该方法简单,灵敏度高,检出限为6.30×10 9 mol/L.
A new method has been developed for the determination ofmyoglobin ( Mb ). The method is based a mimetic enzyme catalyzed reaction with myoglobin as the catalyst and L-tyrosine as the substrate. The optimum conditions of the determination were studied. The proposed method is simple and highly sensitive with a detection limit of 6.3 0 × 10^-9 mol/L of Mb. The fluorescence intensity of the system has good linear relationship with concentration of Mb in the range of 1.00×10^-8 ~5.00×10^-7mol/L.
