摘要
介绍国产高效DQⅢ催化剂用于聚丙烯抗冲共聚物EPS30R产品工业化进行试生产的情况,找出了工艺生产控制参数与EPS30R的重要物理性能的关系。通过调整TEAL/DONOR之比、液相和气相聚合反应中的氢气浓度、气相聚合反应中的气相组分、气相反应温度及料位和乙烯含量,使抗冲共聚物EPS30R具有良好的刚-韧平衡,满足市场需求。
According to the characteristics of catalyst DQⅢ, industrial commission of the polypropylene impact copolymer EPS30R production was clone using domestic high efficiency catalyst DQ Ⅲ. The relationship between process control parameters and important physical properties of EPS30R was found out. Through adjusting TEAL/DONOR ratio, hydrogen concentrations of liquid phase and gas phase polyreaction, gas phase component of gas phase polyreaction, temperature and feed level of gas phase reaction and ethylene content, the polypropylene impact copolymer EPS30R was made to have good rigid- tough balance, satisfying the requirement of the market.
