摘要
叙述了横河Prosafe-PLC紧急停车系统在工业HDPE装置的应用。由于原有系统报警功能不能满足实际工况的要求,对开发系统的软件进行研究,从功能设计到硬件连线两方面进行改进。改造后系统经实际投用,取得了满意的效果。
Presents the application of YOKOGAWA ProSafe - PLC ESD system in the HDPE plant. Since the alarming function of ESD system couldn＇t satisfy the requirements of the practical process conditions, studied the software of the development system, and improved it from both function design and hardware linking. The system achieved satisfactory results after put into operation.
