摘要
与以往文献相比,本文首次将滋生腐败的各种根源纳入统一的分析框架,并以此框架为导向,对反腐败的各种措施进行重新定位和完善。全文分四个部分进行研究,即腐败问题的界定、腐败的经济根源、基于经济根源框架的反腐措施以及反腐败的实证研究。
Different from other related papers, this paper analyzes the reasons causing corruption and puts forward the analysis framework of the source of corruption. The author also proposes some summation and measures to improve the current situation and gives a brief introduction of the empirical analysis of counter- corruption.
