摘要
采用玻璃熔融法,通过紫外灯光照并辅以热处理诱导玻璃内部Ag微粒的析出,在CdS-P2O5-Na2S体系中制备了含CdS/Ag的微晶玻璃。XRD测试表明在玻璃样品中分布着CdS/Ag微粒,通过高分辨扫描电镜可以看出在玻璃中均匀分布着直径约为3μm的颗粒。吸收光谱测试表明掺杂CdS/Ag颗粒后样品的吸收强度明显增加,同时在420nm处存在一个尖的吸收峰,可以认为是由于Ag颗粒的析出所造成的。探讨了紫外光光还原金属Ag的机制,即辐照产生的电子作为还原剂来还原金属银。讨论了Ag颗粒的稳定性,可以通过控制热处理条件和光照来调节银颗粒的大小及分布,使其更加均匀。
CdS -P2O5 -Na2S system glass doped with CdS/Ag particles were prepared by a glass method and thermal treated after UV bean irradiation. Structural and morphology characterization by x- ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution scanning electron microscope (HRSEM) showed that the CdS/Ag particles with diameter 3μm were grown in glass substrate. The absorption intensity of CdS/Ag particles doped glass was enhanced obviously and 420nm absorption peak was observed in absorption spectrum and was attributed to the precipitated Ag particles. A mechanism was proposed to explain the induction of Ag particles by UV irradiation. The stability of silver particles was discussed. The size and distribution of the particles can be controlled by the thermal treatment and UV bean irradiation.
