摘要
本文分析了西北地区煤炭城市主要的生态环境问题,包括水资源短缺与水体污染、土地资源破坏与污染、大气污染、生物资源损害以及噪声污染。从而从城市规划,管理,科学技术研究等角度分别提出了防治对策。
The main ecological environment problems of coal cities of Northwest were analyzed, including water resource shortage, water poUution, land resource destruction and pollution, air pollution, biological resource damage and noise pollution. The countermeasures of prevention and control were put forward from the viewpoints of urban planning, management and scientific technology.
