摘要
企业人力资源开发与管理是一门实践性较强的课程。提高课程教学效果,教师应根据教学目标,针对不同章节的内容特点,不断改进教学方法,采取情景模拟、案例和实践作业等方法开展课堂教学。
Enterprisers human resources development and administration is a practical course. Teachers should reform teaching methods, adopting situational simulation, cases and practice etc. according to the teaching objective and different teaching materials to promote the teaching effect.
