Type QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift conversion catalyst displays the characteristics of high stability of its activity and satisfactory organic sulfur hydrolysis performance. An introduction is given to on industrial side-line experiment and use of the catalyst. Practical results prove that, when the cata- lyst charge is essentially the same, and the gas volume is increased by 40%, the CO content of the exit gas may be reduced by 1%, able to meet the requirement for the extention reform of the ammonia plant.
