摘要
介绍了年产180 kt磷酸二铵造粒机改造技术方案,阐述了装置改造后的技术性能指标.经过技术改造考核.造粒机生产能力由15 t/h提高至26t/h,物料通过能力由80 t/h提高到150 t/h,物粒停留时间由4 min减少到3 min,出料粒度(1~4 mm)由原来的60%提高到70%,磷铵装置最高日产达560 t,达到了设计要求.
An introduction is given to the technical plan for retrofitting the 180,000 t/a diammonium phosphate granulator, and the technical performance indicators after revamp of the unit are described. A check-up of the result of technical renovation shows that the capacity of the granulator increases from 15 t/h to 26 t/h, its throughput from 80 t/h to 150 t/h, the material residence time shortens from 4 min to 3 min, the particle size discharged ( 1 - 4 mm) comprises 70% instead of the former 60%, and the capacity of the ammonium phosphate reaches 560 t/d at maximum, meeting the design requirement.
