介绍了一种常温水解保护新技术.该技术的侧流试验和1年的工业运行情况表明,可较好地解决高CO、高COS的水解脱硫难题.其脱硫效果好,在进口COS体积分数0.1%~0.2%的情况下,出口H2S和COS体积分数分别<0.01%,操作温度低(50~70℃),使用周期长(大于12个月),操作费用低,并可耐受高COS的冲击.
An introduction is given to the new technology for the protection of normal temperature hydrolysis. The side-stream experiment of this technology and industrial operation for a year show that the difficult problem of high CO, high COS hydrolysis desulfurization can be satisfactorily solved. Its desulfurization results are good, at COS 0.1% -0.2% in the inlet, the exit has H2S 〈 0.01% COS 〈 0.01%, its operating temperature is low (50 - 70 ℃ ), its service life is long ( longer than 12 months), its operating cost is low, and it can resist high COS impact.
