输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭

Ureteroscopy for ureteric calculi obstruction complicated with acute renal failure

目的:探讨治疗上尿路结石性梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭的方法。方法:用输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石梗阻并急性肾功能衰竭患者18例。结果:术后患者血清BUN、Cr均恢复正常或接近正常,尿量恢复。结论:输尿管镜诊治上尿路结石性梗阻并发急性肾功能衰竭,具有安全、疗效可靠、损伤小等优点,能同时处理双侧输尿管病变,可作为首选治疗方法。

Objective：To explore the approaches of ureteroscopy for bilateral upper urinary tract caluli obstruction with acute renal failure. Methods： Ureteric calculi were fragmented by pneumatic lithotripsy in 18 patients. Results： Serum BUN and Cr levels, and urinary production in all patients returned to normal. Conclusions：Ureteroscopy provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of upper urinary tract obstruction associated with acute renal failure, which can treat the bilateral ureter calculi simultaneously.
