The experience of laparoscopic procedures:a report of 389 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜外科手术的方法和经验。方法:回顾分析389例腹腔镜外科手术的临床资料。结果:成功实施腹腔镜外科手术376例,中转开腹13例,胆总管损伤2例,术后胆漏1例。结论:腹腔镜外科手术安全有效,并发症发生率低。

Objective：To explore the clinical approach and experience of laparoscopic surgery. Methods：The clinical data of 389 patients who underwent laparescopic operations were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Three hundered and seventy-six laparoscopic operations were successfully completed and 13 were converted to open procedures. The complications included two cases with injury of common bile duct and one of two cases appeared as biliary fistula after operation. Conclusions： Laparoscopic procedures are feasible with low complications rate.
