摘要 为满足e-制造模式下资源优化配置的要求,根据数控设备的特点,提出了一种数控设备e-服务模型。在该模型中,首先对数控设备资源进行分类,分析其概念和属性关系,同时使用本体论对其进行知识建模,并将通用余弦相似性度量方法与加权有向图最短路径方法相结合,提出了一种语义服务概念匹配算法。在此基础上搭建了支持e-化数控设备知识描述与重用的体系框架。最后,使用Java技术开发了原型系统,验证了上述理论和方法。 To meet the needs of resource optimization configuration in e-manufacturing mode, according to the characteristics of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipments, an e-service model for setting up a Web portal of the CNC equipment was put forward. To realize effective discovery of CNC equipments, CNC equipments were firstly classified, then the concepts and property relationships of these CNC equipments were analyzed. Semantic description for the CNC equipment was implemented by constructing domain ontology. An algorithm to compute the similarity between semantic Web services based on Generalized Cosine-Similarity Measure (GCSM) and the shortest route method for weighted directed graph was designed. A framework supporting e-formalization CNC equipments knowledge description and reuse was designed. Finally, a prototype was developed with Java technology, and a case study was given to demonstrate above-mentioned ideas.
