摘要 目的:对血清脂质过氧化物测定———丙二醛试剂盒进行评价。方法:试剂盒对荧光法测血清脂质过氧化物的方法学和应用性进行评估。结果:该试剂盒和改良荧光法的检出限为0.1μmol·L1丙二醛,批内和批间变异分别为4.6%(n=15)和5.7%(m=10),加标血清回收率为92%~108%(平均98%),有较好的选择性,59例健康成人血清丙二醛水平(x±s)为(0.80±0.15)μmol·L1;病理情况下血清MDA水平显著高于正常人(P<0.001)。结论:该试剂盒可应用于血清脂质过氧化物的常规分析。 Objective:To evaluate the malondialdehyde kit for determining serum lipoperoxides.Method:The fluorometric method for determination of serum lipoperoxide was validated using the malondiadehyde kit.Result:The detection limit was 0.1μmol·L 1 of MDA,the within and betweenrun CVs were 4.6%( n =15) and 5.7%( m =10),respectively.The analytical recovery of MDA after supplementing human serum samples with tetraethoxypropane standards varied from 92% to 108%(mean recovery 98%).A good selectivity was obtained.The mean lipoperoxide concentration assayed in 59 healthy adults was (0.80±0.15)μmol·L 1 .Significant higher serum MDA levels in patients were measured by the MDA kit( P <0.001).Conclusion:The MDA kit can be used for determining serum lipoperoxide in routine assay.
